Place - my porch
So, I am sitting at my desk. I am a whopping 2 feet from my front door. Just a usual morning of drinking coffee, posting links to facebook that make me laugh out loud (lol, if you will). Tired, yet enjoying the Dunkin Donuts coffee I have delivered every month to keep me sane. My trusty canine resting at my feet, when a knock comes to the door.
**knock, knock**
ME: (out loud) "Who the fuck is knocking at my door at this time of the morning"
So, Kona barks and I mumble some sort of incoherent, half caffeinated swears out loud. I open the door to see a man and a women either dressed for a used car lot, or court. I couldn't decide which, until I saw the stack of Bibles they had. The light goes on in my head. It was at this point I decided I would politely decline anything they were handing out. I was SERIOUSLY going to be nice, considering, I did not assume (my bad) they were going to piss me right off.
Now, as a reminder, I currently live in the countryside. You don't "find my house accidentally". You have to drive to my house, park in my driveway and get out. Your not "strolling" to my house.
Me: "Umm....what?" (Kona is barking up a storm)
Male: "Well good morning, wow that is quite a guard dog"
Me: (sarcastically) "Ya, he is trained to go right after the jugular, not messing around on him...he loves it too. What can I help you with."
Male: (female behind him looking very nervous) "I was wondering if I could speak to you about the fact (I love the FACT this guy used that word) that the Earthquake in Haiti was part of scripture because of gods anger at the nation" (I shit you not, he said this)
Me: "So let me get this straight, you want to come into my home and discuss the fact that YOUR all mighty and loving god "caused" (I did the hand quotes, for effect) a giant earthquake that killed thousands of innocent people because he was "mad at them"
Male: (obviously seeing where this is going) "Umm..yes, its part of scripture and.."
Me: (interrupting in a low and monotone voice staring him in the eye) "get the fuck off my porch...NOW"
Male: (stuttering) "All I want to...(his hand on my front door, Kona went berserk at this point (he got a cookie after))"
Me: (now yelling) "Hey, if you think I am discussing this bullshit with you in my house, your outta your fucking tits. The simple thought that all of those folks are suffering and dying because god said "lets fuck with em" is horse shit. THE EARTH MOVED IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. You have 10 seconds to clear out before I have you arrested for trespassing..and before you get to jail they will have to stop and have my slipper removed. Way to fucking capitalize on a tragedy you fuck. SCREW, and don't ever come back."
They moved swiftly for folks dressed up real pretty like. I then sat for a moment aggravated. At first at those fuckers for screwing up my morning "ha ha" time and my coffee. As the moment went on I felt bad for them...not for what I said (Hell no, they deserved it) but that they believed that this is an "act of god".
See, I am more to the right politically. I am socially liberal I would say, but conservative when it comes to small government, crime etc. but I have NEVER bought in to the religious beliefs of the conservative groups. I am NOT religious, nor have I ever really been. I am not saying I do or do not believe in god. I just don't feel I have to exhibit it the same way as other people. I don't need to donate all my money, or go to a place once a week to worship. My relationship with god is my business. I have my difficulties with religion that I DEAL WITH. That being said, I CERTAINLY do not believe that god (what ever form she or he may be) would make MILLION suffer to "get even" over a deal "with the devil".
I knew where the douche bag at my door was going with it. There is some belief that Haiti made a "deal with the devil" to overthrow the French government at some point. REALLY!! REALLY!!! So god being all wise and knowing, caused millions to suffer for a deal they were not even ALIVE to make. I don't fucking think so. That is like saying Hurricane Katrina was god being mad about the Louisiana Purchase. Which, that Haitian's (the known as Saint-Domingue) had a hand in securing. NO, I don't buy it. Not to mention that Haiti is a VERY religious country (80% Roman Catholic).
I think that religions in general are a good thing. I think that religions give certain people hope, that they would not otherwise have. I believe that alot of them do exercise tolerance and understanding. I also believe a majority impact their community through programs, support, fund raising and other community services. I have seen first hand how faith have transformed people and saved their lives, and I am all for it FOR THEM.
What is my point??? Well, I don't think the poor people suffering in Haiti are doing so because their ancestors (and what about the people who were visiting, why did they have to suffer for the Haitians wrong doing...NO ANSWER?? I didn't fucking think so) deals. This was a tragic and sad natural disaster. That was the cause. One piece of the earth went one way, and one went the other. THAT'S IT. Its not that god unleashed his own "earth quake bomb" and channeling the voice of Robert Duval stated loudly "I LOVE THE SMELL OF EARTHQUAKES IN THE MORNING"....NO. If you believe that's the case, fine, send out a memo as too when and where you want too discuss, and the people that want to can show up. But DON'T you DARE come to my DAMN DOOR and jam in my face....for GOD SAKES, I was having COFFEE!

Enemy at the (Professor) Gates!

The first part of this my response to the Boston.com segment with comments. I had to be “Unshaun Like” so the censors didn’t deny my post…which it’s the Globe and they probably will anyhow…
Here is the issue. An uninvolved party sees what she believes to be a burglary in progress (Felony). She calls 911. A police officer responds and according to the report (which an officer has to assume is true until proven otherwise), two black males was forcing entry (shouldering) into a home. (Read the police report hyper link). The Sgt. (means he probably has been to a few burglary calls in his career) responds to the door and observes a black male inside the house. He does what any cop (of any race) would do...he INVESTIGATES (crime in progress in CAMBRDIGE not MAYBERRY, partial match of description of an independent witness). Now I know what you’re thinking...he should know EVERY RESIDENT IN CAMBRIDGE...it’s such a small un populated town...but he doesn’t. So, in order to gain assurance the male matching the witnesses description inside (which he could have probably proned out onto the ground considering it was believed to be a felony in progress) lives there...he asks for his IDENTIFICATION (lets face it, if he asked the guy if he lived there, and the guy said yes.....and he didn’t the officer would be answering a complaint that he didn’t properly investigation a burglary). After the male throws a temper tantrum (including calling and asking for the chief of police...I am going to call the President of Harvard University Tomorrow and I better get right through....YA RIGHT) he provides a WORK I.D. (which the officer could have demanded a state issued I.D., Harvard is not a state school so don't go down that road). The officer probably sick of this rich, over educated, empowered moron and decided to leave (AFTER GIVING HIM HIS NAME TWICE) and Professor I am going to get the last word in) FOLLOWS HIM OUT SIDE and continues to be belligerent. However, now it is on public property...and this is NOW A CRIME (refer to above crimes which I posted since half of u people apparently did not read the police report, so I did want to assume you'd look into the crimes). Nowhere in that law does is say "professors of Harvard University are exempt from this law". I won’t deny that race is an issue, but this incident is NOT. He wasn't randomly picked out of a crowd and harassed...the police were called there. Also, this Sgt. was assigned to ADMINISTRATION, which means he promoted and had common sense and good judgment. It also means that he is not just randomly driving around the city and asking people to call in fake burglaries so he can respond. I would like to have seen if this occurred different, say the home was being burglarized (for the second time, read the report) and the cop DID NOT identify the male inside...then this professor would call and complain that it wasn't investigated right (he would also probably say it wasn't investigated right because he was black..But I digress). This officer had to satisfy the investigation and he did and attempted to leave. Professor Moron decided he wasn't done...Massachusetts General Law cites that he was...under chapter 272.53. And you can argue judgment about "he is a professor, he is an upstanding citizen etc.." but if it is good enough for the loud college drunk guy who refuses to leave when told (and you call because he woke up your kids at 2:30 A.M.) then it is good enough for the professor, and me and you.
Also, what if the professors wife served him with divorce papers (and no the police don't get a copy of those) and decided he(the professor) was going to kill her (professors snap and kill too read here and forced his way into his OWN home.

See, I get pissed when someone ASSUMES racism is the reason. And I will not deny racism exists, I will not deny that prejudice is alive in well in ALL FORMS; Race, gender, age, sexual orientation, class etc. But I cannot fucking tolerate someone turning something into an issue that isn’t. THIS ISN'T RACISM.Hell, I got stopped by a black police officer before (my inspection sticker fell off, I guess Mass. Registry didn’t want to pay the extra .32 cents per million stickers. And as soon as I produced it and explained…he politely apologized and let me go. I told him he didn’t have to apologize…because it made sense as too why he stopped me. At NO POINT did I assume it was because I was white (at the time, I was around the corner from work..right in downtown Roxbury). Why, because I get the fact that they have a fucking job to do. He was a Motorcycle Cop, working traffic; I had no visible inspection sticker…END OF FUCKING LIST.
I think this guy was more aggravated about being a snobby Harvard Professor and ACTUALLY being accused of something. Here is a little advice asshole…even rich, upper crust, over educated douche bags break the law…so go pound sand. Seriously, I think Harvard needs to be petitioned to have this fucker fired…Just because he is an moron….How can you be that stupid, and work at a FUCKING SCHOOL!!!!! If you don't know all the facts, then WHY THE FUCK as the president of this country would you chime the fuck in. By a citizen who thought she was doing THE RIGHT THING!. The police didnt know that his house had been previously broken into and that he had to force it open after his trip. The CITIZEN did not know that his door was messed up. FOR FUCK SAKE knock it off, the lesson learned here is that if your rich, tired and feel that you don't want to deal with some middle class police sgt., then when they police goto your house to investigate a burglary in progress, show them your I.D. (they have to prove you live there so they don't leave a criminal inside to steal your shit, or worse, to attack you when you get home) and shut up. Don't follow them into public, screaming how important you are and commit a crime (Disorderly Conduct). I know that Gov. Deval Patick made some comments to, but considering I have absolutely no respect for him, I will not comment. Police responded appropriately at first"...ok so you KNOW they were supposed to be there, Gates acted like some sort of SUPER-DOUCHE and your STILL GOING TO SUPPORT HIM. They would have been arrainged, enter a plea and no news coverage.
OH, I almost forgot, if your gonna say "Hey Shaun, why did they drop the charges" I am going to say "Its because Havard University dumps so much money into the city of Cambridge, you better believe that Gate's 1 call from Cambridge PD was to the president of Harvard saying something like "Hey, we own there middle class asses, tell them to stop", I might be paraphrasing a bit....but it was close!

One is the article in which the 2nd officer on scene with Sgt. Crowley states that the call went by the book. Also, you can watch the Lawyer from the police Union give the press confrence. My favorite part of this is Channel 5's retarded statment
"Cambridge police have been defending themselves against allegations of racial bias for arresting Gates in his own home for disorderly conduct even after officers realized he was there legally. The charge was dropped five days later."
One crime does not effect the other in this case. Yes he was NOT burglarizing his home...and that is a fact. He did however, go OUTSIDE of his home and begin ranting, raving, and yelling that all of this was racially motivated, actions that eventually amounted to an arrest for disorderly conduct. I would love them to poll EVERY COURT in the state and see how many charges are filed for disorderly conduct in a week. People would be surprised that it happenes alot. ...BUT Channel 5 won't put that one there...I didn't think so.

Its FREE EM ALL DEVAL PATRICK running his stupid mouth off. He called this incident "Every black man's nightmare"...what is? Breaking the law and being arrested? Here is a little hit Deval (you scumbag), Every criminal's nightmare is being arrested after committing a crime. Its not just the black guys that have to worry about it. I wouldn't have jumped on this so face (I might have) if he said "every non-white persons nightmare" but seriously if your going to scream racial profiling, involve some other races to be profiled with the black guys you ASS. Thats just as racist to imply that other races are immune to racial profiling, and only black guys are effected.
I will again maintain that I do not think that ANY of this stemmed from race (did I mention that Sgt. Crowley taught racial profiling awareness in the police academy), but if your going to twist it, don't be so racist that you think you'd be the only race effected by it. FUCK!!!! am I the only person who can see this????
Oh, and the whole "voice your opinion in your own how without risk of arrest", DEVAL, you are a lawyer, why would you start down this road. I mean all the rapists you got off in Florida, and you can't even put up a good defense for disorderly. He was OUT SIDE OF HIS HOME you douche. And he can voice his opinion in his home, howevery under Ch. 272 s. 53 of the M.G.L. if he was loud enough, and continued on in a manner that disturbed the neighborhood, he could be charged with "keeper of a disorderly house". So, he has the right to voice his opinion, just as the general public has the right to not be alarmed, annoyed and a right to peace in the neighborhood.

And he can voice his opinion in his home, howevery under Ch. 272 s. 53 of the M.G.L. if he was loud enough, and continued on in a manner that disturbed the neighborhood, he could be charged with "keeper of a disorderly house". So, he has the right to voice his opinion, just as the general public has the right to not be alarmed, annoyed and a right to peace in the neighborhood.

That poor Fire Fighter! INJURIES SUCK
Ok, I know I have not posted in a long time. Part of it was lack of inspiration, the other part was me not caring too much. But this can not and will not be overlooked. I tried. My brother in law Chuck emailed this to me and I sat on it for a day. Partially to see if it enraged me enough to sit and type my aggravation out, the other part was me trying to find a little bit of good in it. Well, as my unemployed ass sat in bed last night, I couldn't help but think "what a dick head, your a injured firefighter getting 100% tax free". That's right, as a fire fighter in mass, if you are hurt on the job, you get 100% tax free until you can return to work or retire out. If you retire out injured, at my last check it, is the average of your top 3 years of by, multiplied by 72% and that's what you get. No taxes taken, you get health care and a few other little things. That is (and rightfully so) a thank you from the state to police officers and fire fighters who injure themselves in the line of duty and can not work any longer. I know this because, I worked with plenty of people police and fire that HAD to take it. Personally, my father had a stroke as a police officer. His doctor stated that it was work/stress related. The cities doctor stated otherwise...guess who won!! Ya, I am a tad bitter on this subject. So now onto injured fire fighter turned professional body builder Albert Arroyo. Now, first of all I am no FIRE FIGHTING BASHING. I have a few friends in the business and I will be the first to state that I would take a gun toting lunatic against a fire burning ANY DAY. A fire and not be rationalized with, a lunatic can be on one level or another. Fire Fighters in general are ALMOST as wonderful as the news makes them out to be. Honestly no group could live up to the hype set forth by today's media when it comes to Fire Fighters.
So Albert I have two questions, is your IQ the same number as you placed in the competition (number 8) and WHAT THE F*^k. How friggen arrogant can one man be. Its not like you called in sick to go to the RED SOX game or to go to your kids school play. YOU COMPETED IN A NATIONAL BODY BUILDING competition. Were you confident that there was no camera's there or press coverage. What if you won, its not like you competed under an assumed name. You DOLT! Are you that good of a guy where you never pissed ANYONE OFF, so you were confident NOBODY IN THE WORLD would turn you in. ASSH*OLE.
Ok, that made me feel a LITTLE better. now let me jump pages to his Lawyer, James S. Dilday (that joke writes itself). This obvious ambulance chaser, who consulted ARROYO, but had not been hired by him (I don't believe that) states "The bodybuilding helped him cope, emotionally and physically, with the travails and rigors of working as a firefighter". Ok, keep going you should now say "UNTIL HE HURT HIS BACK THEN HE COULD NOT LIFT WEIGHTS"...say it damn it...SAY IT. Where the hell is Sam Kinison when you need him. This guy would be F^*king fired already for not coming up with a better line. It wasn't even a Boston Fire Fighters Union Lawyer, that's how you know this is such B*LL SHIT, his own brothers and sisters aren't coming to his aid.
Now back to Arroyo, 'cause I ain't done yet. He got on the job (slang for started work) in 1986. His current salary is $68,133, that's not peso's my friends. So, I spoke earlier of how the injury retirement would go. If he RETIRED with an injury it is the average of his top 3 years of pay multiplied by 72%. But he is out INJURED, still on the job. So he gets %100 tax free.I needed help figuring what he was making but thanks to quicken, Microsoft money and my toes I came up with this figure, $68,000 give or take a few hundred. Oh, and medical coverage and what ever else any other active fire fighter received. That is what he got paid to get ready for this competition. if he retired it would be close to that, not to mention the public servant equivalent of a private 401K that HE pays into (I wouldn't argue that he should get that), health care, and a nice watch, and a party at St. Florians Hall (The Boston FF union/function hall).
And, again, its not like this guy was a front line JAKE (slang for fire fighter) running into burning buildings. He was a fire fighter assigned to be a BUILDING INSPECTOR. He isn't the guy or gal that jumps off the truck, turn out gear (fire fighting gear) grabs an axe and saves granny from a 4th alarm fire. He is the guy that is going to show up and tell you your sprinkler system sucks.
So, Congrats on coming in 8th Arroyo, cause in my heart you are the 1st place ASSH*OLE.
(oh, and if this was a cop it would have made NATIONAL news and his family would be incarcerated with him. but that's a different story on why the news sucks and the double standard that happens there)

The List Begins..................
The list begins........
Ok, I have decided that 2008 is going to be the year of my dreams (thanks Disney). Through the course of this year, I am going to pick people that I wish would go away. Not die, just GO AWAY. I just want them ignored so they stop being in the public eye, making movies, causing me to wake up extremely scared etc.........
So, my first attack is one of my favorites. MICHAEL MOORE you rat bahstahd. I will post a little piece called "Travashamorckery" that I wrote a while ago in response to the film "Fahrenheit 9/11". See, here are my issues with Micheal in no particular order.
1. Here is a guy that constantly makes films 1 sided views about the very government that allows hims the rights to produce these steaming piles. And I support his right, I just think he is an ASSHOLE for exploiting this right in stead of embracing it. So, I am going to use the same right to publish this blog.
2. He is as fake as a pirates leg. This is a man who makes "documentaries" about current affairs, and uses major incidents to advertise. "Fahrenheit 9/11", "Bowling for Columbine" etc.....And he is so concerned about the people that he "stands up for" that he donates every dollar he makes to a cause that would directly help these folks...right?????WRONG. Here is a man that could make MILLIONS on the public speaking circuit and donate all the film proceeds to a good cause. HE doesn't, and I know that you are going to say that he donates some money. I am almost positive that the money he donates perfectly covers what he needs in order to get a healthy tax break.
3. If I wrote a book or directed a movie that supported the opposite of Michael, I would be called a hate monger or something along those lines. See here is the issue, and this is a political correctness rant so if you don't want to hear it look away. I am one of those people that call it like it is. EVEN if it isn't the popular opinion or "politically correct". We have so many people that are worried about peoples feelings being hurt, that they won't do what is best and right. Now, this is a statement that opens me up to ridicule. I am aware of this even as I type. I am not going to sit here and explain where I stand on every issue, but lets be realistic. I don't feel that we, as a country, should do whats is NICE in stead of what is RIGHT.
Ok, I know that I didn't really break any new ground. But I still hate him. I wish that he would read this, because I am not one to speak behind someones back, but alas I am a poor working slob and Michael is sitting in his big house that. So, if anyone knows Michael, do me a favor....Tell him he sucks, and give him my we page address and my phone number....I have a few issues with him I would like to speak to him directly about.
